French restaurants face more uncertainty after a year of crisis

'The biggest unknown is when they'll be able to welcome back consumers.' A year after France first went into lockdown, Damien Rodiere from The Fork says that government aid has been critical for the restaurant industry - but it's still an uphill battle as restaurants try to adapt. Also in the show - the US Federal Reserve sharply raises its forecast for economic growth, and the EU's tourism industry pins its hopes for a summer season on the newly-unveiled vaccine passport.
