Guardian, 29 Sep 2020
Gavin Williamson has confirmed that university students will be able to leave their campuses over Christmas, although some may have to self-isolate first. 'Where there are specific circumstances that warrant it, there may be a requirement for some students to self-isolate at the end of term,' Williamson added.
