Deeply wounded and forever changed by the death of his nephew George Floyd, Selwyn Jones is apprehensive about the murder trial of the police officer responsible, his doubts fueled by a legal system that historically has been friendly to law enforcement. "Do you think we can handle an acquittal?" says Jones, a maternal uncle to the Black man whose death under the knee of a white Minneapolis officer on May 25, 2020 sparked outraged protests around the world.
