Georgian women face increasing abuse online, despite international treaty

Human rights groups in Georgia say online abuse towards women is on the rise, and they themselves have become targets.
Georgia has ratified an international treaty against violence towards women called the Istanbul Convention.
Yet critics say the Georgian government has failed to act against the digital abuse of women.
