Dramatic footage captured giant boulders plunging down a mountainside in northern India on July 25, destroying an iron bridge in the process.

The footage captured in Batseri village in the Sangla Valley of Himachal Pradesh shows the filmer taking refuge as he realizes the size of the rocks hurtling into the village.

Moments later the bridge takes a direct hit and is sent crashing into the river below.

At least nine people were killed in the disaster and three were injured.
