Government scraps plans to get pupils back in school before summer

Around half of primary schools in England and Wales re-opened after lockdown measures started to ease. However, education secretary Gavin Wiliamson says that not all pupils will return before the start of the summer holidays after latest figures showed only half of schools opened, and then only 7% of pupils attended.
