Health Secretary: 'What happens to the NHS is hugely important'

The Health Secretary Sajid Javid says the winter plan announced in the Commons is designed to protect the NHS, responding to warnings that as people return to work, COVID-19 infections could rise exponentially.

Mr Javid also defended a picture of the Cabinet not wearing masks in a meeting, saying it is in line with what the Prime Minister advised.
