The central Chinese province of Hubei has held a special exhibition aimed at promoting tourism and attracting foreign investment. Hubei is home to Wuhan, the city where the coronavirus first appeared at the end of 2019. It just marked one-year since its lockdown was lifted. The event was run by the Chinese foreign ministry and the local provincial government, and organizers say they hope it can pave the way for more cooperation and exchanges between Hubei and the world.
