Hurricane Laura is battering the southern United States, where forecasters have warned of "unsurvivable" storm surges.
It has been downgraded from Category 4 to Category 2, but it has top wind speeds of almost 180km per hour (112 miles per hour).
Tens of thousands are without power.
The governor of Louisiana is worried that some coastal residents issued with evacuation orders have ignored them.
