'It's incredibly draining': Hospitality business owners react to Tier 3 tougher restrictions

Owners of restaurants and bars in London react to news that their venues will have to close as London is placed in Tier 3 from Wednesday.

It comes as the industry already crippled by lockdown restrictions this year had placed orders and taken reservations for the busy festive period.
