Former vice-president and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is expected to speak in Wilmington, Delaware on Tuesday to deliver remarks on America's economic recovery from the damage inflicted on the economy by COVID-19.

Biden has used past stops on his campaign trail to criticize current President Donald Trump's ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has impacted the U.S. economy.

The former vice-president is reportedly going to call for setting a 100 per cent clean-electricity standard by 2035 and investing $2 trillion over four years in clean energy.
