The Labour leader says the prime minister does not understand what people are going through with the increased cost of living, and every day he is delaying his 'inevitable U-turn' on the energy windfall tax and 'choosing to let people struggle'. In response, Boris Johnson said his government was already spending £22bn to help people with the rising cost of living
