Keir Starmer has taken aim at Boris Johnson’s handling of the coronavirus crisis, accusing the Government of “incompetence” which he argued was “holding Britain back".
Sir Keir was speaking at Labour’s virtual annual conference from Doncaster.
Sir Keir added that the coronavirus had exposed the “perilous state” of social care in the UK, which he described as a “disgrace to a rich nation.”
