Lavrov and Libya’s FM hold press conference in Moscow

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Libyan counterpart Najla El Mangoush hold a news conference after bilateral talks in Moscow on Thursday, August 19. The top diplomats are expected to exchange views on a broad range of bilateral and international issues, including the situation in the Middle East and North Africa with special emphasis on the Libyan crisis.
