Lebanon PM-designate steps down amid impasse over gov’t formation

The man chosen to be Lebanon's next prime minister has resigned, less than a month into the job.
Mustapha Adib says he simply has not been able to form a government of specialists in a country where power is shared between different sects.
It sends the country back to square one in its search for a new, stable government.
