LIVE: Alex Jones defamation trial resumes to determine damages

U.S. conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is expected to appear for his Connecticut trial to determine how much he must pay parents of children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook mass shooting for falsely claiming the massacre was a hoax.
The trial comes a month after a Texas jury ordered Jones and his company to pay two Sandy Hook parents $49.3 million in damages in a similar case.
