Tanhualin is an ancient street in central China's Wuhan City. It houses many historical buildings over 100 years old. It teems with boutiques, street art, coffee shops and tea shops. When COVID-19 hit the city in the beginning of 2020, leading to a city-wide lockdown, Tanhualin was also closed. CGTN reporter Xia Ruixue is at Tanhualin with community staff.
