Wales' First Minister Mark Drakeford has warned Boris Johnson against "stealing powers" from Wales after the leaders of the devolved nations met with the Prime Minister to discuss the UK’s recovery from the pandemic.
"The UK government thinks the best way to meld the United Kingdom together is to steal powers and steal money away from Welsh Government. And that is deeply deeply counter-productive," said Mr Drakeford.
