Coffee Lam is a 31-year-old former actress who shifted to a new career as a yoga instructor after recovering from a serious illness. She has also taken her experiences online with a YouTube channel, which in 2020 reached an online milestone as the first presented in Cantonese to attract over 1 million subscribers. Lam now uses her popular channel to introduce her audience to yoga and encourage people to embrace healthy lifestyles. Lam says her career change has also helped her find a new sense of purpose in life.
