Australia’s second-largest city will re-enter lockdown for six weeks on Wednesday after Melbourne recorded 191 new cases in one day. Locals will not be allowed to leave homes except for essential supplies, exercise, caregiving and work or school if this cannot be done at home. FRANCE 24 correspondent Richelle Harrison Plesse says that while Melbourne has blocked international arrivals since last week, community transmission is the greatest cause for concern.
