Moment Lord Speaker excuses himself from debate to receive coronavirus vaccine

Lord Fowler, the speaker of the House of Lords, excused himself from a Lords' session to get a coronavirus vaccine.
He added: "There are perhaps some advantages to being 82, going on 83, and it is not an appointment I wish to miss."
