N.C. Police Chief: Officers ‘Should Have’ Gotten Suspect Who Died In Custody Medical Attention

Five North Carolina police officers resigned following the death of a suspect in custody. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Jonny Jennings said the officers involved ‘should have known’ Harold Easter was in need of medical help while in custody.
