Nearly two million displaced in India's Assam floods

Heavy floods have devastated parts of South Asia. In Bangladesh, nearly two million people have been displaced while the death toll in Assam state in India's northeast has risen to 18. Experts say climate change is making extreme weather events in the region worse.
