Leaders and innovators across the country gather virtually Aug. 16 to 20 for the #19thRepresents Summit, which this year explores why representation matters in business, voting, democracy, sports and other parts of our culture. Thursday's virtual conversations will focus on culture and creators reflecting underrepresented groups in their work. Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter Nikole Hannah-Jones and Grammy-nominated musician Demi Lovato are both expected to speak Thursday.
