Northern Cameroon under persistent threat from Boko Haram

DW, 15 Sep 2021
Northern Cameroon is a region under persistent threat from Boko Haram. People in the area have formed vigilante groups to help secure their villages. Poverty and lack of work is threatening the staying power of the vigilante groups. Some young people say they may not be able to continue protecting their villages.
