A video recorded on September 4 shows a wild giant panda making its way through a cornfield in a village in Leshan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province. Local experts said the panda is over 18 years old and has obvious age-related diseases. It was blind in its left eye and had impaired vision in its right. After a thorough examination on the spot, the panda was sent to a professional rescue center for treatment.
