Oxford Covid vaccine approval shows 'way out' of pandemic, says Hancock

The health secretary has said approval of the Oxford University/AstraZeneca vaccine by the UK medicines regulator will allow quicker immunisation.

The vaccine, which will begin to be rolled out on 4 January, needs only normal fridge temperature of 2-8C and is easily transported, allowing the possibility of rapidly scaling up vaccination against Covid-19
