Pandemic pushes Australia into recession for first time in decades

The coronavirus pandemic has plunged Australia into its first recession in three decades, with its economy set to shrink in the second quarter at the fastest pace in its history. FRANCE 24 business editor Catherine Bennett says the country now has its biggest budget deficit since the Second World War.
