Party atmosphere in Cape Town airport for first international arrival in months

Passengers arrive in Cape Town airport on a plane from Dubai, as South Africa's borders reopen after a more than six-month shutdown to limit the spread of coronavirus. Flights also landed in Johannesburg. While travel from all African countries is currently permitted, tourists from around 50 nations with high infection rates remain banned, including major sources of foreign visitors such as Britain, Russia and the US.
