Pfizer, U.S. officials to meet on COVID-19 booster shots

U.S. drugmaker Pfizer said it will meet with federal health officials as soon as Monday to discuss the need for a booster dose of the coronavirus vaccine as it prepares to seek regulatory approval for a third dose of its COVID-19 shot.
