Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is expected to make an announcement in Ottawa on Sunday alongside Women and Gender Equality and Youth Minister Marci Ien.

They will be joined by Treasury Board President Mona Fortier, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Parliamentary Secretary Marie-France Lalonde, Women and Gender Equality Parliamentary Secretary Jenna Sudds, and Ottawa Centre MP Yasir Naqvi.
