PMQs in full: Boris Johnson faces uncomfortable questions in Commons over renovation of flat

The Electoral Commission has launched an investigation into the donations used to pay for the refurbishment of the Downing Street flat, saying it believes "an offence or offences may have occurred".

Facing questions about the flat renovations at PMQs, Boris Johnson told MPs "I paid for the Downing Street refurbishment personally", adding "any further
declaration that I have to make - if any - I will be advised upon by Lord Geidt", the new adviser on ministers' interests.
