Images of police at the scene in the centre of Trier, Germany, where at least four people were killed and several injured when a man drove his car through a pedestrian shopping street. He appears to have been suffering from "psychiatric problems", prosecutor Peter Fritzen has said, adding the driver was also under the influence of alcohol at the time.
