Police Surgeon Says George Floyd 'Died Because He Had No Oxygen Left In His Body' | NBC News NOW

During testimony in the Derek Chauvin trial, Dr. William Smock, who is the police surgeon at the Louisville Metro Police Department said that George Floyd died of positional asphyxia. He called it “a fancy way of saying he died because he had no oxygen left in his body.”
