Prince William and Kate make friends with cockapoo Alfie on hospital visit

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made friends with 10-week-old cockapoo Alfie as they visited a hospital to thank staff for their work during the pandemic.
The pup, who is being trained to support patients and colleagues at Clitheroe Community Hospital, in Lancashire, liked the Duke so much he even gave him a lick on the cheek.
The Duchess also enjoyed a cuddle with the animal, who she described as “so sweet” - but said the family’s own pet may be a little jealous at the attention given to Alfie.
"Our dog is going to be very upset," she said.
