Remembering Nadia Chaudhri: How she gave wings by sharing her cancer journey

After sharing her brave journey fighting a deadly disease online, beloved Montreal neuroscientist Nadia Chaudhri, 43, has passed away more than a year after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
Chaudhri was one of estimated 31,000 Canadians who were diagnosed with the disease last year. But she also touched countless lives around the world by sharing her palliative care journey on Twitter, and by fighting to raise ovarian cancer awareness.
