PBS, 26 Sep 2020
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s rulings from the bench reshaped equal protection under the law for many Americans. But over the course of her career, her approach to the law also impacted lawyers in all areas of the legal system. Judy Woodruff talks with Lisa Blatt, chair of the Williams & Connolly law firm and a professor at Georgetown Law, Paul Clement, who argued before the court as solicitor general under President George W. Bush, and federal Judge Margaret McKeown, who serves on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
