A landmark legal case opened in Senegal last month, with fishermen and Greenpeace Africa taking a fish processing factory to court over alleged environmental abuses. There are more and more factories like this in Senegal. Critics warn that they are responsible for immense levels of pollution. Our team on the ground reports.
