Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer announced that the White House and congressional Democrats had “reached agreement on a framework that will pay for any final negotiated agreement” on the reconciliation package.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi joined Schumer at the press conference which was scarce on details of the agreement.
