Sissi in France: Macron rules out tougher stance on Egypt human rights

French President Emmanuel #Macron acknowledged “disagreements” Monday with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-#Sissi over human rights, amid criticism from activists over the Egyptian leader's crackdown on dissent. Both heads of state confirmed they discussed human right issues in addition to talks on fighting terrorism, the conflict in Libya and other regional issues.
