South Africa reinstates night-time curfew to curb coronavirus surge

With 12,000 new daily cases, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says the country is facing a coronavirus storm worse than any seen before. The president has reinstated a night-time curfew across the nation, and a ban on alcohol sales, barely six weeks after previous measures were lifted.
