Spanish papers accuse Moroccan border guards of 'passivity' after migrants reach Ceuta

IN THE PRESS – Tuesday, May 18, 2021: Spanish papers accuse Moroccan authorities of allowing thousands of people to swim from Morocco to the Spanish territory of #Ceuta.
