Sri Lanka economy struggling amid tourism industry collapse

Sri Lanka has paid back a $1bn international loan ahead of a Tuesday deadline avoiding default on its foreign debt.
Its economy was already struggling before the pandemic.
But lockdown measures and border closures have caused the vital tourism industry to collapse.
