Tasmania's Hobart sees snowstorms right before summer

Videos show heavy snowstorms descending upon Australia's Tasmania state, as its capital, Hobart, recorded its coldest November night since 1953, according to the Bureau of Meteorology, with temperatures falling to 2.9 degrees Celsius overnight.
