Tear gas and water cannons used by police to disperse protesters in Bangkok

Riot police used water cannons and tear gas to disperse anti-government protesters in Bangkok, Thailand. Demonstrators threw Molotov cocktails and smoke bombs towards officers. The rally is one of several demonstrations demanding the resignation of the PM’s resignation over the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.​
