Tourists 'left in the lurch' over sudden Spain quarantine rule

Travellers arriving at London's Heathrow airport expressed frustration on Sunday as British authorities brought in a 14-day quarantine on incoming travellers from Spain.

The UK removed Spain from its list of safe countries to travel to at midnight on Saturday, citing a recent spike of coronavirus cases in the European country.
