Thanks to last week’s bombshell reporting from The New York Times, we know that President Trump paid $750 in taxes in 2016 -- and no taxes at all in 10 of the previous 15 years. CNN’s Chris Cillizza sheds some light on why Trump’s financial straits influenced his decision to run for president.
