TWA Flight 800 wreckage to be scanned, scrapped

Nearly 25 years after one of the worst air disasters in history, the wreckage from the Trans World Airlines Flight 800 crash investigation will be scanned into a 3-D model before it is dismantled and destroyed through a decommissioning process. (July 9)
