An oil tanker carrying 35 tons of coal tar overturned in Alxa League High-tech Zone in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on February 19. The driver and another person were trapped in the truck. A team of firefighters, traffic police and medics quickly arrived at the site. After 20 minutes, the two men were rescued and sent to a hospital.
