Two sides should reach consensus on strategic framework: Chinese ambassador to U.S.

Relations between China and the U.S. sank to its lowest in over four decades under the previous administration. With a new government under President Joe Biden, Chinese Ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai said in an interview that the future of bilateral ties depends on Washington's ability to accept its differences with China.
